Hello,

Welcome to my website.  Many of the species found on my list are from the Caribbean but I also have some material from the Philippines.  My stock consists primarily of Cypraea, Conus, Murex, Turrids and many bivalves, about 800 species in total!

IMPORTANT NOTE: The list that follows will not be fully up to date because things change all the time.  What follows is given as an example of what I am likely to have in stock.  If you want the up to date version,  please email me via the link below (the list is nearly 300 kB as an Excel file)

Prices are in GBP (£) and postage is extra and within the UK is charged according to the standard Royal Mail rates.  Overseas orders will obviously be more expensive and I shall advise the cost of postage once an order is received and parcelled up.  I accept cheques (in GBP ONLY) and also Paypal but there is a 4% charge for using this.  Established customers (i.e. those who have proved to be reliable!) can send payment on receipt of shells, in all other cases, payment is in advance.    I primarily collect Cypraea, Terebra, Strombus and Engina and so, if you wish to send a list for swaps and it contains something I don't have, an exchange could be considered for the equivalent value from the stock list.

WARNING: NON PAYERS WILL BE BLACKLISTED AND THEIR DETAILS CIRCULATED TO THE CONCHOLOGICAL WORLD AT LARGE!

I ALWAYS wrap shells in at least one layer of bubble wrap and send in a cardboard box.   If you require any extra information about the shells shown on the list, please feel free to email me on the address shown below.  I can also send you additional photographs of shells (via email), if you wish!

In addition, I usually have tables at the British Shell Collectors Club convention (on the last Saturday in April) and at the show (on the last Saturday in October) - if you are going and would like me to bring anything from my list then I am quite happy to do so (click here to go to the club website).

Anyway, I hope you find something of interest here, and, if you wish to see more,  please email me at the address given below:

Note: I am not currently seeking any new stock so please do not email me with offers of new material.  Thank you.

A little about my other interests:

Aside from Conchology (which I have studied for over 30 years), I'm also a musician.  I've been playing the piano since the age of 7 and gave several recitals at University playing music by my favourite composer, the 19th century piano virtuoso Franz Liszt.  There's plenty of information about him on the internet and if you're interested, start with The Liszt Society in England (www.lisztsoc.org.uk).
